Your home. Your style. Our quality.

Mr & mrs n. dorking

An attractive Victorian semi, originally built on three levels - our brief was to transform the loft space, containing a rather dark, uninsulated single bedroom, into a master bedroom with en-suite - all within a set budget.

To keep costs down we carefully modified the existing staircase, using specially matched new balustrade, opening it up to create a split-level feature to the loft bedroom.

We completely stripped out the loft and formed a new dormer with French doors and Juliette balcony. Built in wardrobes made use of the recesses and an en-suite shower room was cleverly shoe horned in.

The result is a stunning space. In fact, the clients were so pleased they had it featured in Homes & Gardens Magazine.
